THIS IS A GREAT BOOK !!! The book itself is very well written and easily broken down. No trouble with understanding how to do anything. The book has very good recipes; even if you can’t cook you will easily be able to prepare these recipes. The meals are very healthy and nutritional as a Vegan I tend to focus on healthiness. I would certainly recommend this book for anyone who is already involved in Vegan cooking and also for anyone who is thinking about starting Vegan cooking. If you follow the recipes carefully enough your end result will look just like the meal images in the book. Don’t take my word for it, get the book and give it a try and you will see for yourself. I would give it a 10 star if permitted. GREAT BOOK !!!
So easy to follow!!! I feel great and enjoy the food! Love love love!BUT the true story is my husband. He had boardline high blood pressure and was on cholesterol medication. He also suffered from severe digestive issues. Once he followed 22 days and now Greenprint he is no longer on medication and all his numbers are normal. My kids enjoy our family meals. The recipes are easy to follow a plant based diet.

Ok! This book should be a must have in EVERY home in the world! It really explains food and scientifically wise and proven eating habits, and how, if understood, it can change your life and health, and if misunderstood can do just the opposite. He easily explains everything you need to know to not just begin eating healthier, but rather to get the best out of every food God naturally put on this planet. Amazingly informative and easy read. I give it 10 stars!!! Will post again, after I complete the 44 day starter diet to plant based eating, to comment on its effects on my body. I have been waiting all my life for a book like this that answers the life long question: 'If I give up meat, what will I eat?'. Through this book, the answer is... EVERYTHING ELSE! Looking forward to trying the recipes.

I just started reading, but I'm really liking this book. I wasn't sure of the claim that cow milk-casein is linked to cancer. So I looked it up on the American Cancer Web site. There it was. It's really made me think about plant based food vs animal products.
This book increased my knowledge tremendously. It is easy to understand, offers many ideas, and a realistic framework for incorporating plant-based meals. Definitely worth the read!
This is not a review on content, but on the appearance of the book. My book is "upside down", as the cover is bound incorrectly. It doesn't affect the contents, but it is annoying.
